Courses for 2025/2026

Healing Touch courses are currently available in Christchurch and Wellington.
Other regions are currently included as placeholders and will be updated if courses become available. 

Available courses include date and instructor information. If a course is unavailable it will include “TBA” for the date and instructor.
The course fees below as agreed by the HTNZ Inc committee, apply to all courses that are being taught from 01 April 2023 onwards. 

Unit One : Foundations of Healing Touch

Saturday & Sunday

8:30am – 5:30pm approx. 18 hours.

Learn how to evaluate the human energy field and chakra system and apply Healing Touch techniques to facilitate energetic balance.
Learn to focus on being grounded, present and heart-centred as you foster a healing presence.

Christchurch

Unit Two : Energetic Patterning and Clinical Applications

Saturday & Sunday

8:30am – 5:30pm approx. 18 hours.

Learn how to develop skills to complete a client intake and an energetic assessment, to determine the Healing Touch techniques you can use to assist your client to re-pattern their energy. Demonstrate your ability to remain grounded, present and heart-centred while working in the energy field.

Up to two scholarships of $200 each can be awarded for Unit 2 courses.

Unit Four : Case Management and Professional Practice

Friday, Saturday & Sunday (3 days + 2 nights) , Unit 4 requires students to live-in with their peers.

Learn how to align with the responsibilities of professional practice and create sequential Healing Touch sessions that are appropriate for the client. Work with peers in your class as you begin to prepare for your practicum.

Scholarship applications will open once course dates have been confirmed.

Unit Five : Self-Evaluation and Professional Development

Friday, Saturday & Sunday (3 days + 2 nights) , Unit 5 requires students to live-in with their peers.

Completed mentorship activities for this level as you evolve from a Healing Touch Student to a Healing Touch Practitioner.
Analyse your personal strengths, challenges and growth. Present your work to the class, along with a Case Study. Refine your Healing Touch techniques and practice.

Scholarships for the 2025 course have been awarded with recipients notified.
